He’s held executive roles at VMware, Citrix, and Tanium, and helped drive two venture-backed startups to acquisition — StackRox (acquired by Red Hat) and Revelstoke Security (acquired by Arctic Wolf). Known for a people-first, execution-driven leadership style, T.J. balances big-picture vision with a hands-on, team-focused approach. He has a proven ability to recruit, hire, and retain top talent, and his leadership — rooted in culture, relationships, and accountability — has fueled consistent growth.
